Centex Declares Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS, May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Centex Corporation has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share of the Company's common stock. Dividends will be payable on June 19, 2008, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 29, 2008.
