NEW YORK, March 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- On Friday, March 28, 2008, the Board of Directors of Dreyfus Strategic Municipal Bond Fund, Inc. declared from net investment income a monthly cash dividend of $0.0385 per share of common stock, payable on April 30, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 11, 2008. The ex-dividend date is April 9, 2008. The previous dividend declared in February was $0.0385 per share of common stock.
